Diamond in the Ruff Dog Training provides dog training services, including in-home training, Board & Train, advanced training, therapy dog test preparation, puppy-to-adult programs, and boarding for dogs that have completed a Diamond program. Program availability, pricing, and details are discussed with you during your free evaluation and may change. Information on the Website is for general purposes and is not a guarantee of any specific result.

2. Free Evaluations and Scheduling

You may request a free evaluation by phone, text, or the online form. An evaluation does not obligate you to purchase a program. Training programs, boarding, fees, and schedules are confirmed with you directly before services begin.

3. Text Messaging Terms

Who is texting you

Text messages come from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Training, North Bellmore, NY, at or through our business number (631) 820-7200 and related tracking numbers.

Consent

By texting us, or by checking the text message opt-in box on a form on our Website and submitting it, you agree to receive text messages from Diamond in the Ruff Dog Training at the mobile number you provide. These may include replies to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and follow-ups. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Training results depend on both the dog and the owner. Owners are expected to participate in lessons, follow instructions, and practice consistently. You agree to provide accurate information about your dog's health, temperament, bite or aggression history, and vaccination status. Dogs in Board & Train or boarding may be required to show proof of current vaccinations. We may decline or end services if we believe a dog or situation presents an unreasonable safety risk. Training is not a substitute for veterinary care, and you should consult your veterinarian about any medical concern.

6. Payments, Cancellations, and Program Agreements

Fees, deposits, payment schedules, and cancellation or refund terms for each program are provided to you before you enroll and may be set out in a separate written service agreement. If these Terms conflict with a signed service agreement, the service agreement controls for that program.

7. No Guarantee of Results

Every dog is different. We use professional training methods and work to help you reach your goals, but we cannot guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, test results (including therapy dog tests), or timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

The Website, including its text, logos, images, videos, and design, is owned by or licensed to Diamond in the Ruff Dog Training and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share Website pages for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not modify, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website may link to third-party sites and may use third-party tools (such as call and text tracking and analytics). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability
